We use Royal Mail or a courier service for deliveries, depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

• Delivery charges:
• £4.00 for items up to 1kg
• £6.00 for items over 1kg
• Free delivery is available on orders over £100

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of the order.

We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and customs clearance charges. These fees are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer to pay when the goods arrive. Some customers may experience delays due to customs or border controls. 

• All orders are processed in pounds sterling. International customers will be charged in pounds sterling, and any currency conversion or administration fees imposed by your bank or agent are your responsibility.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at info@phonicbooks.com within 14 days. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the items.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your goods and should be in their original, saleable condition.
• We’ll issue a full refund for the price of the items (excluding delivery costs) once the items have been returned and inspected.

Please note, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items.

• When returning items, please include a copy of your invoice or delivery note and mention the reason for the return.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for any damage or loss in transit. If you choose to send a return via a non-tracked service and it does not arrive with us, we will not be able to process your refund.
• Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
• Delivery charges are refundable only if the goods are faulty or sent in error.
• Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items in their original, saleable condition
